I joined Mother dairy on 3rd May.My company guide is Mr.Shailendra Singh.Mother Dairy was established in 1974 and is cooperative estd thru NDDB under operation known as operation flood .its is having capacity of 28 lac ltrs tonnes per day.market penetration in Delhi is 60% sector. in organised Currently i am sitting in HR department and monitoring their activities .I came to know about how company motivate their employees as it is very important to achieve customer delight in this era of cut throat competition.Here they have designed Kai-zen activities to boost employee performance.In this employee is given opportunity to modify existing working process which is in turn reduces fatigue,cost etc. and then they are awarded.This all is done thru kai-zen form.i went for plant visit.They conduct almost 21 lab test to ensure quality of milk .It is good to learn practically how organizations are operating.Thanks

i started my training from 3rd of may, and its a pleasure working here with anagram capital ltd. the company is recently merged with edelweiss which is the world's largest stock broking company.the staff is quite supportive and we learned a great deal about trading of stocks, commodities, and futures.

my training commenced from 3rd may in Anagram Capital Ltd..i have learned a lot about trading in the share market. i got a project i.e. analysis of stock market and comparison of corporate brokers under the supervision of Mr. Sachin Srivastava( business development manager).
wow!! today was a 'lil day at training....i got off early and learnt bout futures (NIFTY,MINI NIFTY,BANK NIFTY etc....)
i never thot trading in shares could be so much fun...
it was simply not my interest area before i joined anagram...but after knowing all the tidbits of trading....its fun to be here..
its nice to see different people buying and selling stocks, futures and calling us up to help them out to make profitable deals.........

its great to know about shares and how are they being traded about.Rising..falling of market etc. is sheer fun..
Its also good to introduce to every customer to the lowest of all brokerage.
brokerage is the amount that any company charges to its client for helping them trade in shares....
our's is just 2 paisa and 20 paisa for intraday and delivery respectively..(seems like i m promoting my company....LOL)

well i joined my company on 3rd may in steer engineering pvt ltd its an indian mnc who deals in extruder manufacturing. this is only company of india who produce extruder under the brand name ....i use to sit in HR department..and learning all process of hr ...well its very nice exp here.all the best for ur remaining sip..do your best..and pray for kriti.....and pray for result as well .yet to come...all the best...
the week went well.. didnt had much work to do..
learnt about commodities, their lot sizes,even traded in the same under supervision.

hello everyone...I join karvy on 10 may.Karvy is a service provider company.First three weeks I got knowledge about the basics things in detail from our guide Mr.Pradip Kumar Singh(like--mutual fund,sip,ipo,fpo,online trading---buying and selling of shares done through two different ways....intraday,delivery,dealing in commoditties and agricultural sector sector,sensex,nifty and their product I-Zone+...).I was ask to promote sip(systematic investment plan) and karvy Investment-Zone+ or in other words to interact with people to know their views(field work hmm)...Today was my 1 day and was little scared as this was a new experience for me..but I enjoy doing this task....LETS HOPE FOR THE BEST...........These three weeks were quite interesting hope same for coming weeks.....ALL THE BEST......
this week was very boring....met a few clients and didnt do much...

Now almost everyone has finished first month training and hope everyone is doing very well and also you all are enjoying their.
I’ve prepared questionnaire for finding out a relationship between “FUELING” at pump and “IN & OUT” .
While making questionnaire I’vent faced any difficulty and it’s credit goes to only “SUNEEL SIR” because before the exams he had given us(SEC-A) a term paper as a punishment in which we’d to prepare a questionnaire and that experience and hardwork helps me a lot during this questionnaire preparation and I can say that was not a punishment,it was a “REWARD” atleast for me,I’m really very thankful to sir because the knowledge which he had shared during lectures with us is helping a lot in training.
During the training my project guide also giving me some real examples which are helping me a lot.Actually I am able to relate these concepts with those concepts which I read during 1st year,whether those examples from HR or from MARKETING or from FINANCE all are now clear more to me.
For me it is a very good learning experience and I am very thankful to god that I am working under Mr. Rajiv Sikka my project guide,he is very helping and caring.He always motivate me for doing well and always encourage to learn something new.
Rest is fine!

Well friends I am enjoying my training till the core of my heart.
As a lerarning experience this week was wonderful.I went to “QUALITY AND QUANTITY CHECK MOBILE VAN”,there I saw how they check quality and quantity of petrol and diesel.
This van run allover ORISSA and it can perform quality and quantity check at any pump and of any company’s pump
Actually they told us that originally PETROL is colorless but to differentiate it with other lighter products(kerosine) they mix color and that’s why we see colored petrol.
If you also want to perform QUALITY and QUANTITY test then go to any BHARAT PETROLEUM PUMP and ask for “FILTER PAPER TEST” for quality and “5 LTR CANE TEST” for quantity,it is free and any one can ask for these tests.By this you would be assured that quantity and quality of that pum is good or not.
